We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team via the in-app support channel and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund — if you are within the 30-day window above, request a refund using the steps above.
