Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses BiharPropertyHub (the "Service"), operated by DEVANSH INTERNATIONAL. By using the Service you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms.

1. You must

  • Provide accurate information in listings, profiles, and inquiries.
  • Only list properties you own or are authorised to market.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Respect other users, sellers, buyers, builders, and our staff.

2. You must not

  • Post fake, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings.
  • List properties involved in disputes, encumbrances, or illegal construction without disclosure.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing.
  • Use the Service for spam, scams, money laundering, or unauthorised lending.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, listings, contact details, or images.
  • Attempt to probe, breach, or interfere with security or availability of the Service.
  • Upload malware, run automation, or impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Circumvent our subscription, listing quota, or verification controls.

3. AI features

Our AI Advisor and AI property descriptions are tools, not advice. Do not use them to generate misleading legal, financial, or investment claims. You are responsible for verifying AI output before publishing or acting on it.

4. Reporting abuse

If you see a listing or user violating this policy, email support@biharproperty.online with the listing URL and a brief description.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Repeat or serious violations may be reported to authorities.
