We are a technology marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, owners, builders, and agents. We do not own, sell, or rent the properties listed on the Service. We do not act as a real estate broker, lender, or legal/financial adviser.

2. Listing information

Listing details — including price, area, photos, location, ownership, RERA status, and amenities — are provided by the seller, owner, builder, or agent. While we apply reasonable verification checks for badged listings, we do not independently audit every listing and cannot guarantee its accuracy or legal status. Always inspect the property and verify title and approvals before transacting.

3. AI features

Our AI Advisor, AI property descriptions, AI virtual tours, room labels, and AI-generated highlights use machine-learning models that can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. AI responses are for general information only and are not a substitute for professional advice from a lawyer, accountant, surveyor, or real estate professional.

4. Investment calculator

The Real Estate Investment Calculator produces illustrative estimates based on publicly-available trends and the inputs you provide. Estimates of 5-year value, rental income, ROI, and growth probability are not guarantees and are not investment advice. Real returns depend on location, market conditions, taxes, maintenance, and many other factors. Consult a qualified financial adviser before investing.

5. Home loan marketplace

Loan eligibility, EMIs, and product information shown on the Service are indicative. Final eligibility, interest rates, and approval are determined by the respective bank or NBFC. We may receive commission when a lead converts to a disbursed loan; this does not change the rate offered to you by the lender.
