Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel paid plans on BiharPropertyHub, operated by DEVANSH INTERNATIONAL. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
1. How to cancel
- Sign in and open your dashboard.
- Go to your subscription and click "Manage" to open the secure billing portal provided by Paddle.
- Choose "Cancel" — your plan stops renewing.
- If you need help, email support@biharproperty.online.
2. When cancellation takes effect
- Subscriptions (monthly / annual): you keep access until the end of the current paid period. No further charges are taken.
- Trial Pack and one-time plans: these are one-time purchases and cannot be "cancelled" once delivered, but you can stop using the Service at any time.
- Lead packages: auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Already-delivered leads remain accessible in your dashboard.
3. What happens to your listings
- Active listings remain visible for the remainder of the paid period.
- After the period ends, listings beyond the free quota are moved to inactive — they are not deleted and can be reactivated by re-subscribing.
- Your account, saved properties, and inquiry history remain available.
4. Account closure
To close your account entirely (separate from cancelling a plan), email support@biharproperty.online from the address on file. We will delete personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, retaining only what is required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records held by Paddle as Merchant of Record).
5. Refunds
